A new accounting reporting view—general ledger and journal—has been released in Easor App, allowing you to search for and view accounting transactions, vouchers, and account-specific information in real time directly from Easor App.
The Journal displays transactions in chronological order for a selected time period. In the General Ledger , you can view the same transactions grouped by accounting account, which is handy when you want to see what makes up the balance of a specific account.
In practice, this feature is useful in situations such as these:
- You want to search for a specific voucher based on its voucher number, account, or description.
- You want to review the transactions and number of vouchers for a specific month.
- You want to view a voucher’s image and journal entries directly from the report.
You can also download the report in Excel or PDF format.
