Announcement regarding a technical issue related to the implementation of new paper invoice addresses
A technical issue has occured during the implementation of Maventa’s new AIFI-prefixed paper invoice addresses. This issue affects only paper invoices sent to the new “AIFI”-prefixed paper invoice addresses.
As a result, paper invoices and payment reminders sent to that specific paper invoice address during the disruption will not be processed.
Posti has confirmed that it will return letters sent to that specific paper invoice address during the disruption to their senders.
If the paper invoice or payment reminder you are expecting has not arrived in Easor App, we recommend contacting the sender of the invoice. If a paper invoice is returned to the sender, it must be resent so that it can be delivered to the recipient.
Paper invoices can currently be sent to:

your new email scanning address,

or to the previously used Kollektor paper invoice address, which will remain available until September 30, 2026.
This disruption does not affect e-invoices, email scanning addresses, or the previously used Kollektor paper invoice address.
Maventa is investigating the issue together with its service provider and Posti.
We are actively monitoring the situation and will update this notice as soon as the issue is resolved and the new AIFI-prefixed paper invoice addresses are available for use again.
