Documents service

This article describes the Documents service in Easor App, which you can use to store and manage your company's accounting material.

The Documents service provides a secure storage location for your company's statutory accounting records. The service allows entrepreneurs and, if necessary, auditors or authorities to view the accounting records.

Financial management professionals, such as accountants, can add files to the Documents service. In addition, material is automatically stored in the service from other Easor services.

The Documents service is divided into three different functionalities.

  • The main view of the service, i.e. Archive, where you can view the material uploaded to the service in accordance with your own rights. Financial management professionals can also add individual documents to the archive in this view.
  • Upload to archive view, where you can process incomplete documents that are missing necessary information. In this view, you can also upload multiple documents to the archive at once. This function is only visible to financial management professionals.
  • Archive Download view, where you can download all the material for a single accounting period to your computer as a compressed file.

Please note that depending on your access rights, you may not see all the features.
