How to register on Easor API Developer Portal

Instructions for partner integration onboarding

. Purpose

This document describes how an integration partner registers with the Easor API Developer Portal and how access rights and API credentials are granted.

  1. Portal Address

Easor API Developer Portal: https://apimportal.easor.com/

3. Registration

To create a user account:

  • Open your browser and go to https://apimportal.talenom.com/
  • Click Sign up – Easor API developer portal.
  • Fill in your details (email, name, password and other required information).
  • Submit the form.
  • Confirm your email address using the verification link sent to your email.

  1. Inform Easor After Registration

After registration is complete, the partner must inform Easor integration support or the assigned Easor contact person. Easor will then grant partner access rights. integration.support@easor.com

  1. Partner Access Rights

API documentation is visible only after Easor grants the partner user account for the required access rights.

Once partner access has been granted, the partner should be able to view all public API documentation available for partners.

If API documentation is not visible after logging in, access has not yet been granted. In this case, contact Easor integration support.

  1. Review Documentation

After access is active, the partner should review the available API documentation and the Getting Started section in the portal before implementation begins.

  1. API Credentials and Permission Scopes

API credentials are always granted on a case-by-case basis. Easor will define the correct permission scopes based on the integration use case.

Examples of permission limitations include:

  • Reporting systems receive read-only permissions

    • Accounting systems receive access only to the accounting bundle

    • Sales invoicing systems are getting permissions to all relevant APIs

  1. Test Company Creation (If needed)

If a test environment is required, a test company may be created. The availability and process of test company creation may vary depending on onboarding.

If a test company is required, the partner must contact Easor integration support.

The test company is used for testing API calls in a sandbox-like environment.

  1. Security Notice

Easor applies the principle of least privilege when gran<ng access to public APIs. The purpose is to minimize attack surface and reduce risks in case API credentials are compromised.

For this reason, API credentials are not granted automatically, and permissions are always restricted to the minimum required scope.

  1. Common Issues

If no APIs are visible in the portal after login, the user account has most likely not yet been granted partner access rights.

Solution: Contact Easor integration support, integration.support@easor.com

If there is uncertainty about test company creation or test credentials, contact Easor integration support.
