Addresses for email and paper invoices have changed
The e-invoicing operator Maventa has changed its invoice scanning service provider in Finland. As a result, the scanning addresses for email and paper invoices for all Easor client companies are changing. E-invoice addresses will remain the same.
What does this mean in practice?
The new invoice addresses are now visible in the Easor App settings. Please notify all your vendors of the new addresses to ensure that invoices continue to be delivered after the change. Read the instructions to find your company’s invoice addresses.
For paper invoices, the new address must be provided to vendors by the end of September at the latest; the old mailing address will no longer be valid as of September 30, 2026. The old email address for e-invoices will continue to work alongside the new one, but we recommend that you start using the new address immediately and notify your vendors of it.
Note that payment reminders, for example, are typically sent as paper invoices, even if the vendor otherwise sends only e-invoices.
Below is a ready-made message you can use to notify your vendors. You can also download the vendor letter template here, fill in your company’s invoicing addresses, and send it to your vendors.
