Scanning addresses for email and paper invoices will change

The e-invoicing operator Maventa is changing its invoice scanning service provider in Finland. This change will also affect how your company receives purchase invoices, as the scanning addresses for email and paper invoices will change. E-invoicing addresses will remain the same.

What does this mean in practice?

The new scanning addresses will appear in Easor App in June.  Please notify all your suppliers of the new addresses so that invoices continue to reach you after the change.

Note that payment reminders, for example, are typically sent as paper invoices, even if the supplier otherwise sends only e-invoices. 

For paper invoices, the new address must be provided to suppliers by the end of September at the latest; the old mailing address will no longer be valid as of September 30, 2026. For email invoices, the old address will remain active alongside the new one until next year.
