# Easor App - Software requirements

## This article describes the software requirements, supported browsers, and other recommendations for Easor App.

The browser version of the Easor App works best with modern, automatically updated browsers. We recommend keeping your browser up to date to ensure the best performance and security.

### Supported browsers

Easor App can be used with the following browsers:

- Google Chrome (Windows, macOS)
- Microsoft Edge (Windows, macOS)
- Mozilla Firefox (Windows, macOS)
- Apple Safari (macOS)

### Other recommendations

- Ad and pop-up blockers may interfere with Easor App functionality. Add Easor App to your list of allowed applications.
- Screen resolution of at least 1920 × 1080.

### Mobile use

For [iOS](https://apps.apple.com/fi/app/easor-app/id1632408852?l) and [Android](https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.talenom.onlineapp) devices, we recommend using the Easor App mobile application, which is optimized for mobile devices. The browser version of Easor App is primarily designed for computer browsers. Mobile browsers may have limited functionality.

### Troubleshooting tips

If you encounter technical issues with Easor App, try the following steps:

- Update your browser to the latest version and clear your cache.
- Try opening Easor App in a private/incognito window or in another supported browser.
