Select **Reports** from the main menu. 2\. The income statement can be viewed in three different reports: - Vakio (default) - Budget comparison - Monthly breakdown 4\. Select the desired report from the **Report type** menu and the time period to be viewed from the **Period** menu. You can also view the results by dimension (cost center, project, etc.) if your company uses them. Budget comparison also shows the forecast for the financial year. In addition to the voucher image, you can view the voucher postings. --- ### Download report The report view can be saved in PDF or Excel format. Open the desired item rows and then select **Download report**.
