Import and download a product register

This article explains how to import product information into the product register using an Excel file and how to download the current product register to your computer.

You can import product information into the sales invoicing product register using an Excel file and download the current product register to your computer.

Import product register

  1. Go to the product register by selecting Sales invoicing - Products from the menu on the left.
  2. Download an empty product register template file by selecting Download product register from the three-dot menu.

  3. Select Template and Download. An empty template file will be downloaded to your computer.

  4. Fill in the product information in the template file. The columns marked in red are mandatory fields. By hovering your mouse over the column header, you can see instructions for that field.
  5. When the file is ready, import it into the Easor App by selecting Import product register from the three-dot menu in the product register. The file must comply with the product register template file and be in .xlsx or .xls format. Please note that importing a large file may take several minutes.
  6. The program will transfer the products to the register. If the file contains errors or omissions, the program will indicate the rows and fields in the file that need to be corrected.

Download the current product register as an Excel file to your computer

  1. Download the current product register to your Easor App by selecting Download product register from the three-dot menu.

  2. Select Current product register and Download. The product register will be downloaded to your computer as an Excel file.
